What do Mexico, Dominican Republic, and Cuba have in common?

Places with paradisaical beaches and tourist attractions — that is what these countries have in common. Cancun, Mexico, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and Varadero in Cuba are similar wonders in Latin America and are surrounded by the Caribbean Sea, but each of these sites has their own styles that delight tourists.

The turquoise blue sea attracts thousands of tourists to the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico. Cancun is a place designed to receive tourists from all over the world with high investments in infrastructure. Nature has been generous. There are 23 kilometers of beaches that are the main attractions of this incredible destination with a typical tropical climate.

There is no shortage of outdoor activities in Cancun. Visitors can take a boat and arrive on an island where you can snorkel, dive and swim with dolphins, buy crafts and taste seafood.

In the same region, the visitors can see the first underwater museum in the world at Isla Mujeres. About 450 sculptures made by British artist Jason Taylor deCaires were submerged and live with sponges and fish. Forbes magazine has already listed this museum as one of the most exclusive destinations in the world.

The Riviera Maia region is formed by the cities of Puerto Morelos up to the town of Punta Allen and is where the ruins of Mayan architecture are located. Next to Playa del Carmen is the island of Cozumel, the largest island of Mexico that is home to the second largest coral reef on the planet. Riviera Maya has archaeological and water eco-parks.

Punta Cana, located in the Dominican Republic, also attracts tourists because of its beautiful beaches and activities such as diving, kite surfing, windsurfing, and boating. Despite having beaches similar to Cancun, the difference here is that the attractions are within the resort where you are staying. The complexes are huge with casinos, dance performances, pools, restaurants, shops, and amenities for sports. For those who like music and drinks, the tip is to enjoy the nights clubs in the area.

The busiest activities in Punta Cana are diving with sea lions and dolphins held in Manati Park and Dolphin Island Park, the latter being done in “pools” in high seas.

Cuba has amazing places for tourists, but the best known is Veradero, located in the Hicacos Peninsula, about 140 km from Havana, the capital. The 22 km of beaches and hot sun throughout the year make of Varadero the dream of those who want to relax on the beach with kiosks selling food and drinks and sunbeds for hire. Besides the amazing resorts, there are several accommodations to suit every budget.

The attractions include things from parks to shopping malls and parachute jumps to diving trips. Varadero is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world where the rich and famous like to spend a relaxing vacation.

Cancun, Punta Cana and Varadero have pleasant temperatures to enjoy the beach and are wonderful places that many tourists will want to visit more than once.
