    ‘BRICS: The Emerging Economic Future?’

    With the BRICS nations due to meet in the Russian city of Ufa in July, we thought it prudent to analyse each nation’s economic predictions for the forthcoming year. It has been quite a year already for the BRICS Bank; weaknesses in the European Union and International Monetary Fund have highlighted the BRICS Bank as a potential alternative. Earlier in the year, BRIC PLUS reported on the colossal development that Vladimir Putin invited cash-strapped Greece the option to join the BRICS Bank. Such an option would have seemed ridiculous less than a decade ago.
