On Monday the 8th of September, BRIC Magazine hosted an event in the name of Brazil’s Independence Day. A wealth of people attended, ranging from the social elite, to the successful people of the business world.
The Brazilian traditional drink, Caipirinha, was served in abundance, along with champagne and red and white wine aplenty. There was a lovely spread of hot and cold finger foods, and delicious cakes.
The beautiful Monday weather had everyone out in droves, including event guru Felix Barone, PR and marketing king Suhel Seth, and Lady Alexandre Sykes, who even called the next morning to congratulate us on the event.
Amongst the flowers and candles, there was a sneak preview of the cover for Issue 3, featuring Yida Zhang, where many people posed for pictures.
All in all, it was a great night, made up of great people and a great atmosphere.
